Chef Rachel Weaber

My formal training began at the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan where I graduated from the Professional Culinary program, and continued in the kitchens of beloved neighborhood restaurants in Brooklyn and Los Angeles, all of which were dedicated to sustainable and local sourcing. I've translated these hard-won restaurant skills into my work in private homes over the course of the past fifteen years. I truly love helping families get to the dinner table with ease and comfort at the end of a long day. I continue to commit to sourcing the highest quality and ethically grown and harvested products, with a fierce dedication to local farms and purveyors.   

As the parent of a young child, I’m very well acquainted with the needs of busy families. In many cases, this can include the demand to navigate different health needs and palates within the same household. My goal is that each member of your family enjoys meals made with love from ingredients that are in step with their needs. I’m quite knowledgeable and versatile with regard to health-related dietary restrictions including meals in support of diabetes, cancer treatment, renal, cardiac, and pulmonary conditions, pregnancy and postpartum, and those with food allergies and sensitivities.
